The mission of Blue Minerals Consultancy is to apply innovative strategies to problems with geochemistry, mineralogy and mineral surfaces in complex multicomponent mineral processing and remediation systems.

The Principals (Andrea Gerson and Roger Smart) have a combined experience of more than 45 years in acid and metalliferous and minerals processing R&D working directly with company staff for process and remediation improvement and enhanced efficiency. Our focus is on the development of new analytical approaches for the better definition and control of acid and metalliferous drainage and definition and correction of loss of value and cost reduction in flotation, leaching and extraction.

Many of these strategies and techniques have not been easily accessible previously. They are now being applied to directly address increased value for minerals companies.
